Terms & conditions.

These terms govern your use of this website and the relationship between Halcyon Touch Academy and prospective, current and former students. They are intended to be readable; if anything is unclear, please ask.

Last updated: 6 May 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Halcyon Touch Academy Sdn. Bhd., a private company registered in Malaysia under registration number 202308156491 (1521844-W). Its registered office and the studio are at Suite 14-3, Menara Aspire, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. References to “the Academy”, “we” or “us” mean that company.

2. Use of this website

You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy any text or imagery for republication without our written permission. The brand name, logo and the structure of our curricula are our intellectual property; their use without our permission is not permitted.

3. Admission and enrolment

An admissions enquiry is not an offer of a place. Places are offered after the admissions call and confirmed once a deposit is received. Until a place has been confirmed in writing by the academy administrator, no obligation exists on either side.

4. Fees, instalments and payment

Stream fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit and are payable as set out in your offer of place. The first instalment serves as the deposit and is required to confirm your seat in the cohort. Subsequent instalments fall due as set out in the schedule attached to your offer. Late instalments may be charged a small administrative fee, which will not exceed RM 50 per instalment.

5. Conduct in the studio

The studio is a working clinical space. Students undertake to attend punctually, in the issued uniform, with personal hygiene appropriate to close-contact work. Students undertake to handle paired practice with explicit consent, to use draping protocols at all times, and to keep all student-to-student practice strictly within the supervised hours of the cohort.

6. Health and safety

You are asked to disclose any medical condition that may make a particular practice element unsafe for you or for a partner. We will adjust where it is possible to do so safely; where it is not, we will say so honestly. We carry public liability insurance for activity within the studio.

7. Photography in the studio

We do not photograph students at work without an explicit signed release. Photography in the studio by visitors is not permitted without prior written consent of the academy administrator.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability to a student is limited to the fees paid for the relevant stream. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Cancellation and refunds

The terms on which you may cancel an enrolment and request a refund are set out separately on our refund policy page. They form part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, save that we both retain the right to seek interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective version is the one on this page on the date of your enrolment, and changes after that date will not apply to your enrolment without your written agreement.
